Eleos Health is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. We are seeking a Customer Experience Partner (CEP) to guide the implementation, adoption, and ongoing success of Eleos across our Commercial customer segment.

In Short

  • Lead customer technical configurations and onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for ongoing partnership.
  • Monitor usage patterns and proactively identify risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on renewal preparation.
  • Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
  • Help customers achieve measurable value and success.
  • Understand customer workflows and tailor recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with users and operational leaders.
  • Use data to recommend workflow improvements.
  • Support customer training and enablement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with healthcare workflows preferred.
  • Strong technical configuration skills including HTML/CSS, JSON, XML.
  • Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable simplifying technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Previous exposure to product training activities.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
