  • Manage and coach a Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
  • Drive high-quality pipeline creation in a Healthtech business.

  • Monitor funnel trends and optimize SDR outreach.
  • Onboard and train new SDRs effectively.

  • Support SDRs in skill development and career growth.
  • Work primarily East Coast hours.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of SDR experience in a high-growth SaaS or Healthtech environment.
  • 1–2+ years of mentorship or management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline targets.
  • Strong coaching skills and performance management experience.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sales development and helping reps grow.
  • Willingness to work primarily East Coast hours.
