SAP Development Team Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced team lead to manage a development team in the SAP field with hands-on capabilities (at least 50%), having a professional experience of at least 5 years in the field.

In Short

• Manage the development team and implement changes and improvements in SAP systems.
• Oversee development with the implementation team and various bodies according to the work plan.
• The position requires about 50% management and 50% development.
• Support and develop integration activities and interfaces between systems.
• Provide technological, organizational, and professional support to development teams.
• Monitor adherence to schedules, procedures, code quality control, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Extensive and proven knowledge in SAP implementation and development processes (mandatory).
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development - mandatory!
• Experience in team management.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions.
• Professional knowledge and experience in the following development areas: BAPI, ALV (OO & function), Function Modules (RFC), User Exits, Dialog Programming, SAP script, BADI, IDOC's, Table control, ABAP OO, Adobe Forms, PI, SMARTFORMS, Enhancement, Business Object Builder, ODATA, Gateway.
• Experience in development in S/4 Hana environment, Fiori applications - an advantage.
