Requirements

  • 0–2 years of sales closing experience or strong SDR/BDR performance.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and engaging new contacts.
  • Structured conversation skills and thoughtful questioning ability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of coachability and willingness to learn.
  • Organized and reliable, managing multiple opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is helpful.
  • Interest in healthcare technology and mission-driven work.
