In Short

  • Lead the charge to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence.
  • Analyze customer feedback and retention metrics to identify trends.
  • Collaborate with contact center and operations teams to enhance performance.
  • Partner with various teams to sync on goals and customer-facing enhancements.
  • Communicate with teams and external partners, providing updates.
  • Lead interdepartmental projects from planning through execution.
  • Prepare executive-level business reviews and performance summaries.
  • Strengthen partner relationships through engagement.
  • Maintain standards and documentation for future initiatives.
  • Work remotely and report to the Client Services Sr. Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 8 years in strategic leadership roles.
  • Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer.
  • Experience evaluating systems and solving problems to enhance customer experience.
  • Experience with complex project management.
  • Experienced in leading customer service and call center operations.
  • Flexible and effective under change.
  • Experienced multitasker with minimal need for oversight.
