Overview

The Senior Marketing Segmentation Analyst is responsible for developing and optimizing Integrated Marketing’s audience segmentation strategy to drive revenue growth, ABM effectiveness, and marketing efficiency.

In Short

  • Own Outbound segmentation strategy leveraging intent, buyer stage, and predictive signals
  • Develop prioritization and exclusion frameworks to improve targeting efficiency
  • Regularly analyze Persona, Vertical, and segment performance; deliver actionable insights
  • Lead AI-enabled ABM reporting using 6sense segmentation data
  • Identify and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Conduct ongoing segment health checks and optimize based on engagement
  • Improve contact quality and data integrity with the Global Marketing Automation team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
  • Support high-priority list builds and strategic targeting initiatives

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing, segmentation, or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
