  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.

Requirements

  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience with SaaS products in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel (30%).
  • Located in EST/CST timezones.
