As a Team Lead in Customer Success at Atlan, you will manage a portfolio of growth-oriented customers while coaching and supporting a team of Growth Customer Success Managers, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and driving customer success.

  • Coach and support Growth Customer Success Managers.
  • Drive customer adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  • Refine internal processes with Success Ops for operational excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams.
  • Contribute to product and process improvements.
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices to the CS team.
  • Focus on creating scalable and efficient customer success processes.
  • Foster a growth-oriented environment for team members.

Requirements

  • Experience as a top-performing CSM or CS leader.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Fluency in modern data tools like Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Experience in building or improving customer success workflows.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
