Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management, with leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms and CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience managing escalated customer situations effectively.
  • Understanding of the SaaS customer journey.
  • Ability to translate goals into actionable plans.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales environments is a plus.
  • Experience managing remote teams is a bonus.
