In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed regional ARR targets.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and successful deal closures.
  • Provide invaluable market feedback to shape our product roadmap and GTM strategy.
  • Serve as a key negotiator and point of escalation, building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage sales performance metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and maximize team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Rapidly onboard new team members, empowering them to achieve peak performance within 90 days.
  • Guide your team to use consultative sales methods, to deeply understand, and then address client needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in Enterprise or Mid-Market SaaS sales.
  • 3+ years of impactful sales management experience, ideally in B2B or outside sales.
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant business growth.
  • Expertise in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic acumen in territory management, quota setting, and compensation strategy.
  • Exceptional deal management, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelors degree required. Higher Education experience a plus.
