In Short

  • The Inside Sales Representative drives and manages the sales of Element AVITI instruments, consumables and services within an assigned territory.
  • Expected to meet and/or exceed sales targets for new sales, ongoing sequencing consumables, and related services.
  • Responsible for the development, discovery, management, and maintenance of tender activities.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA sales team to manage the successful growth of tender business.
  • Manage the customer sales process through various communication methods.
  • Work with commercial teams to prospect and qualify sales leads.
  • Manage the tender strategy and business for your geography.
  • Maintain the Salesforce CRM database for accurate lead qualification and forecasting.
  • Achieve daily customer phone contact objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Life Sciences Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of lead generation/prospecting experience.
  • Good understanding of the NGS field and working with tenders.
  • Comfortable conducting presentations effectively and professionally.
  • Must be multilingual in English and German.
