In Short

  • Handle approximately 100 new incoming leads per month.
  • Conduct negotiations from first contact through contract execution.
  • Maintain a structured and organized sales pipeline within the CRM (Podio).
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with team members to drive company growth.
  • Consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Efficiently manage a high-volume pipeline of leads.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to relationship-building and sales optimization.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of phone sales or real estate experience.
  • Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Podio preferred).
  • Tech-savvy with platforms like Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive.
  • Reliable phone and internet service for remote work.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written grammar.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
