DSI, one of the nation’s largest home services distributors, has an immediate need for a self-motivated individual to fill an Account Executive position in our Southeast Florida territory.
In Short
Responsible for signing up and managing new and existing authorized retailers.
Examine and understand dealer’s business needs.
Grow the territory through existing accounts and new dealer acquisitions.
Travel 3-4 days a week within the assigned territory.
Must live in or near Miami or Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Build a pipeline of new dealer prospects.
Represent DSI to the dealer base and build key relationships.
Set and measure performance goals.
Execute company directives through the dealer base.
Requirements
Experience in sales management and business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers.
Familiarity with key metrics in sales and marketing.
Strong networking skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficient in using CRM tools.
Ability to analyze market conditions and dealer performance.
