Overview

The Partner Recruitment Specialist at DSI Systems Inc. is responsible for recruiting and supporting third-party contractors, fostering relationships with technician offices, and assisting with project coordination.

• Identify and recruit qualified contractors for installation and dealer programs.

• Prepare and submit progress reports on recruitment activities.
• Utilize various prospecting tools for recruitment.
• Recommend new sourcing strategies for improved outcomes.
• Build and maintain talent networks.
• Act as a liaison between technician offices and internal departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in partner recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with local/regional geography.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability.
