Overview

DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partner Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and supporting experienced third-party contractors who meet our clients' needs. You will also help foster strong relationships with technician offices and assist with project coordination. When needed, you'll provide backup support for our dispatch operations.

In Short

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified contractors for DSI’s installation and dealer programs.
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and technician offices.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with client guidelines.
  • Assist with dispatch and order assignments as needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports on recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain talent networks.
  • Utilize a multi-channel recruitment approach.
  • Act as a liaison between technician offices and internal departments.
  • Provide detailed program overviews during onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year experience in partner recruiting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with local/regional geography.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus.
  • Capable of making sound decisions using good business judgment.
  • Demonstrates initiative, integrity, and accountability.
  • Comfortable preparing and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
