Overview

The Head of Sales EMEA is a senior sales leader responsible for leading Dropbox’s Business sales organization across the EMEA region. This role owns regional revenue outcomes and is accountable for defining and executing the EMEA go-to-market strategy across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.

In Short

  • Lead and scale a high-performing EMEA sales organization.
  • Own and execute the EMEA GTM strategy aligned with global sales priorities.
  • Drive multi-product sales execution, including expansion of Dash.
  • Partner with Channel and Alliances teams to optimize sales motions.
  • Establish strong operational rigor across forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Build and retain a strong regional leadership bench.
  • Act as a senior regional ambassador for Dropbox.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering regional revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success scaling multi-product sales motions.
  • Strong operational discipline across forecasting and execution excellence.
