The Customer Support Specialist at DroneSense will ensure best-in-class service for customers, aiding them in their public safety missions through effective support and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Customer Support Specialist in SaaS.
  • Prior experience with UAS is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Hubspot, Zendesk, Five9s, Slack.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze problems strategically.
  • Strong influencer skills.
