Overview

The Associate Director of Sales is a mid-level sales role focused on converting inbound demand and growing mid-tier drone OEM accounts.

In Short

  • Own inbound opportunities from drone OEMs and convert them to revenue.
  • Manage and grow mid-level accounts across their lifecycle.
  • Qualify opportunities and progress deals from interest to PO.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering on technical evaluations and demos.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up quoting activity.
  • Build strong working relationships with engineering and procurement teams.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B hardware sales experience within the drone/UAS industry.
  • Experience selling directly to drone OEMs (no channel sales).
  • Comfortable managing multiple active deals simultaneously.
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and customer communication skills.
  • RF or wireless experience is a nice to have.
