Overview

The Associate Customer Success Manager will be an integral part of our global Customer and Product Success team, operating remotely in Costa Rica.

In Short

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on customer journey and value realization.
  • Deliver training and education sessions for customers.
  • Analyze customer insights to promote account growth.
  • Support the Account Management team with key insights.
  • Manage customer escalations and build mitigation plans.
  • Act as a customer advocate and build trust with clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams based on customer feedback.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of DoiT’s products and services.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Technical aptitude and interest in automation and AI.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to foster positive relationships.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Accountability and strong personal organization.
  • Highly motivated team player with a positive outlook.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
