Overview

The Associate Customer Success Manager will be an integral part of our global Customer and Product Success team, based remotely in Colombia.

In Short

  • Own a portfolio of accounts and help customers achieve value through all phases of the customer journey.
  • Deliver customer training and education sessions on the DoiT console.
  • Analyze customer sentiment and identify strategic customers for account planning.
  • Support the Account Management team by sharing insights into adoption and sentiment.
  • Manage customer escalations and build mitigation plans.
  • Act as a customer advocate and build trust with customers.
  • Escalate problems and customer feedback to relevant teams.
  • Maintain understanding of DoiT’s products and services.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Technical aptitude and interest in automation and AI.
  • Ability to manage competing workloads with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Accountability and personal organization.
  • Highly motivated team player with a positive outlook.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
