We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic Customer Success team, working directly with clients to manage and grow our commercial book of business.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in client management or project coordination.
• Passionate about client experience and health outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer requests.
