  • Strong organizational skills and ability to create success playbooks.
  • Experience in IT and network security.
  • Ability to conduct product demos and technical presentations.
  • Experience in a Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer role is valuable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills engaging with CxO and technical staff.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize customer success processes.
  • Passion for service and customer engagement.
