Overview

The Associate Customer Success Manager will be an integral part of our global Customer and Product Success team, working remotely and open to contractors from the APAC region.

In Short

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts and help them achieve value.
  • Deliver training and education sessions on the DoiT console.
  • Analyze customer sentiment and identify strategic customers.
  • Support the Account Management team with insights into customer adoption.
  • Manage customer escalations and build mitigation plans.
  • Act as a customer advocate and build trust with customers.
  • Escalate customer feedback to engineering and product management.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of DoiT’s products and services.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Technical aptitude with an interest in automation and AI.
  • Ability to manage competing workloads with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Accountability and personal organization.
  • Motivated team player with a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
