Overview

The Associate Customer Success Manager, APAC will focus on proactively consulting with customers to achieve their goals and realize value from Parchment’s solutions.

In Short

  • Achieve revenue targets and generate new business.
  • Advocate for Parchment to improve solution adoption.
  • Educate customers on effective utilization of solutions.
  • Maintain deep understanding of product solutions.
  • Update customers on features and changes.
  • Develop customer account plans to enhance satisfaction.
  • Cultivate exceptional customer experience through engagement.
  • Provide continuous customer feedback and insights.
  • Work with marketing on case studies and onboarding resources.
  • Facilitate consultation and workshop sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in SaaS or similar technology solutions.
  • 2+ years experience in customer facing roles.
  • 1+ years experience in the education sector.
  • Fluent in English and preferably good Japanese.
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships.
  • Highly motivated and customer-focused mentality.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is highly favorable.
