Paralegal Business / Paralegal Case Manager - Remote

Overview

Doctolib is seeking a Paralegal Business / Paralegal Case Manager as a parental leave replacement for 6 months. In this role, you will be part of the German legal department and also integrated into the global legal team, which includes colleagues from Germany, France, Italy, and the Netherlands. Your focus will be on Legal Operations and Legal Support, reporting directly to our Germany General Counsel. You will play a crucial role in the business success of Doctolib by supporting the legal team with expertise, strategic and pragmatic thinking, and a high degree of responsibility.

In Short

• Processing inquiries from affected parties and authorities.
• Coordination and independent handling of legal inquiries and tickets.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and security standards.
• Managing internal processing of invoices and budget topics.
• Supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• General support for the German legal team in daily tasks.

Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent with expertise in data protection law.
• Initial professional experience in a law firm or legal department.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work pragmatically under pressure.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
