Overview

The Field Sales team is the first point of contact for doctors. You will be part of a team of professionals working in the field to simplify the lives of healthcare personnel through our solutions and improve access to healthcare for everyone!

In Short

  • Prospecting: You will start by contacting doctors in your assigned area to secure as many appointments as possible and become a black belt in cold calling.
  • Meeting: You will plan and manage meetings with healthcare professionals in your area to present Doctolib and the Booking Management System service.
  • Closing: You will listen to and gather the needs of the doctor and present our offer, aiming to bring them on board with Doctolib.
  • Training: Your role will not end with the signing of the contract. You will be a point of reference for the doctor and support them during the installation and training phase of the product.
  • Active Listening: Throughout all sales steps, you will gather feedback from both your peers and clients, which is important for sharing best practices and suggestions to improve the Sales team's activities and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.

Requirements

  • You have approximately 2-5 years of professional experience in sales roles.
  • You have worked towards goals and find it motivating to always do better.
  • You are passionate about your work as a salesperson and wish to grow in this field.
  • It would be ideal if you tend to have a higher level of energy and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Interpersonal communication is definitely one of your strengths.
  • You have a good level of English.
  • You possess a driving license (the car will be your close companion!) and are available for travel.
