As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Dockwa, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth by introducing marina operators to Dockwa for the first time, qualifying opportunities, and launching your sales career in a high-growth, mission-driven company.

  • Schedule high-quality meetings and hand off opportunities to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Develop foundational sales skills including discovery and value-based messaging
  • Learn Dockwa's product suite and market landscape
  • Actively seek coaching and feedback for progression into Account Executive role

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use CRM tools and modern sales technology
  • Genuine interest in boating or marine technology
  • Experience in marine, hospitality, or travel industries is a plus
