Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive, Services Sales to take the Docebo buying experience to the next level! This role involves collaborating with Global Account Directors and Account Managers to package complete services solutions for prospects and customers.

In Short

  • Work collaboratively with sales teams to sell Docebo professional services.
  • Use discovery skills to understand buyer pain points.
  • Educate prospects on the value of professional service offerings.
  • Build credibility through storytelling and relatable communication.
  • Assist in writing and negotiating professional services Statements of Work.
  • Forecast accurately to aid in revenue growth planning.
  • Collaborate to create new revenue streams and services offerings.
  • Optimize workflows for better execution and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales, Account Management, or Professional Services.
  • 2+ years of SaaS B2B sales experience, preferably in Learning or HCM.
  • Passion for selling complete solutions to business challenges.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ambition and self-motivation to grow continuously.
  • Impeccable organization and time management abilities.
