Overview

The SMB role focuses on selling company products and services to new and existing clients remotely via phone or digital channels, aiming to grow revenue through retention, cross-selling, upselling, and managing renewals for small to medium-sized businesses.

In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor by building strong client relationships.
  • Manage the renewal process for small to medium businesses.
  • Proactively protect existing accounts and implement retention strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for clients.
  • Collaborate with Solution Sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Assist customers with contract issues and invoice disputes.
  • Communicate value propositions effectively through a consultative sales approach.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software to support forecasting.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or sales support.
  • Proven success in B2B sales and account management preferred.
  • Results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage opportunities throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong phone presence with negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset—proactive and collaborative.
  • Fluent in English and German.
