In Short

• Support the team in acquiring new partners and expanding existing collaborations.
• Work with job centers, institutions, and companies across Germany.
• Learn about partnership management, sales, and communication in the education sector.
• Build and maintain partnerships and collaborations.
• Assist in acquiring new partners (public bodies, companies, educational institutions).
• Prepare and follow up on partner meetings, presentations, and events.
• Maintain contacts and data in our CRM system.
• Support reporting, project updates, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Interest in sales, communication, and partnership management.
• Willingness to take responsibility and learn new things.
• Structured, reliable working style and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Very good German skills (at least B2), English skills are a plus.
