Overview

As a Class Manager, you will be the first point of contact for participants, ensuring smooth course operations and successful course completion.

In Short

• Be the first contact for participants and ensure a successful course experience.
• Collaborate with teachers, product, and admin teams to provide solutions.
• Maintain class records and monitor attendance and dropouts.
• Act as a mediator between participants and instructors.
• Welcome new participants and ensure a positive farewell at course completion.

Requirements

• Completed degree and ideally 1-3 years of professional experience in adult education or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to empathize and engage with people effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage complex structures.
• Comfortable in an international environment.
• Nice-to-have: Coaching or mediation training.
• Experience in high-pressure situations is a plus.
• Open to applicants with internships.
