Overview

The Class Manager at Digital Career Institute is responsible for ensuring a successful experience for participants from the first contact to course completion, while also solving problems and maintaining quality.

• Act as the primary contact for participants, ensuring their success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in adult education or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Empathy and interpersonal skills for difficult conversations.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage complex situations.
• Comfortable in an international environment.
