In Short

• Teach the fundamentals of Data Engineering to beginners using Python, SQL, and ETL workflows.
• Support participants with practical exercises and real data projects.
• Collaborate closely with learning and career teams to ensure an engaging and practical training experience.
• Optionally contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of learning content based on current market trends.
• Assist participants in preparing for job searches and transitioning into new tech roles.
• Optionally help update teaching materials and resources for future cohorts.

Requirements

• A completed degree or solid vocational training in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• At least 2 years of practical professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Backend Development.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Python and SQL.
• Proven expertise in data processing (Data Wrangling), ideally with Pandas/NumPy.
• Practical experience with ETL concepts, data modeling, and working with various databases.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for conveying complex topics in an understandable and practical manner.
• German language skills at B2 level or higher (very good English skills are also welcome).
• Optional experience in teaching, mentoring, or curriculum development.
