Freelance IT Trainer for System Administration - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an IT Trainer to support our System Administration courses and help our participants make the leap into the digital world.

In Short

• Lead courses for the entire duration of the program.
• Conduct online classes from Monday to Thursday in the morning.
• Assist participants in applying their acquired knowledge in project phases.
• Evaluate performance and provide feedback for individual development.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Computer Science or a comparable field, or completed training in IT/System Administration.
• Several years of professional experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge in Linux (Debian, RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server (Active Directory, GPOs).
• Proficient in TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, and VPNs.
• In-depth knowledge of user and rights management.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V and basic knowledge of cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• Routine in using Bash and PowerShell.
• Basic knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK Stack), system logs, and performance monitoring.
• Certifications we appreciate: LPI Linux Essentials or CompTIA Linux+, Microsoft AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals), CompTIA A+.
