IT System Administrator - Remote

Overview

The IT System Administrator will be responsible for developing the information system by implementing modern IT practices and providing expert and technical support to users, ensuring smooth business operations through a reliable IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field (3 years experience) or Higher Vocational Education (4 years experience)
• Proficiency in English, Serbian, and Croatian (B1 level)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Windows 10/11, Office suite)
• Experience in system administration (Windows, Linux, Lotus Domino, Citrix, Oracle)
• Experience managing Cisco network switches and wireless access points
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with system administration tools and processes
• Experience in network cabling installation and maintenance
• Working knowledge of complex TCP/IP networks
• Experience with host and network security
