As an IT System Administrator at Valtech, you will support the IT team by providing first-level technical assistance to internal users, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

In Short

• Provide first-level technical support to internal users.
• Assist with maintenance and inventory of IT equipment.
• Support users with basic troubleshooting (hardware, software).
• Help configure user accounts and workstations.
• Participate in daily monitoring of incidents and requests.
• Document issues and solutions clearly.
• Provide technical support during meetings.
• Assist with physical setup and relocation of workstations.
• Learn to use tools such as Active Directory and JIRA.
• Collaborate with the IT team to enhance knowledge.

Requirements

• Advanced English for daily communication.
• Technical course or degree in IT or related fields.
• Experience in a similar role or internship.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and/or macOS.
• Willingness to learn about networks and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Automation and scripting skills.
• Azure certification is a plus.
