Overview

Finmatics is a Vienna-based fintech scale-up developing solutions for AI-based automation of financial information processing. As a B2B Software-as-a-Service company, we primarily target companies with their own finance departments and tax consultancies in Germany and Austria. Finmatics helps them digitize their business processes to prepare for a highly automated future in finance.

In Short

• Responsible for the administration and support of our IT infrastructure.
• Ensure smooth operation, optimize systems, and support the team with technical challenges.
• Administer and manage Google Suite.
• Manage and maintain Entra ID.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Sophos Firewall.
• Provide technical support for Windows and macOS systems.
• Support employees on-site in Vienna.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT administration, ideally with Google Suite and Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge in network management and security, especially with Sophos Firewall.
• Experience in device provisioning and management via Microsoft Intune.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS systems and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IT security concepts and their practical application.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
