In Short

• Administer and maintain existing IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft-based solutions.
• Implement IT solutions directly at the client's site or remotely in the data center.
• Support in the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT infrastructures.
• Realize IT projects and document them for our clients.
• Actively participate in the expansion of our knowledge transfer platform.
• Develop agile methods with colleagues to make our business processes efficient and ecological.

Requirements

• Experience in client, network, server, and system solutions.
• Completed vocational training in IT and/or strong self-taught skills.
• Strong interest and ability to work independently on topics and solve problems.
• Structured and solution-oriented work style.
• Fluency in German – C2 level.
