Senior Risk Underwriter - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Risk Underwriter to join our team in Mexico. As a member of the Mexico Risk Underwriting team, you will be expected to perform financial analyses and manage credit limits while supporting client relationships.

In Short

• Conduct financial analysis based on provided information.
• Approve credit limits with individual delegation.
• Monitor the portfolio to mitigate losses.
• Inform policyholders about credit decisions.
• Establish statistics on client portfolios.
• Support the development of risk underwriting tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Assist the Commercial Team in client retention and development.
• Build relationships with credit managers and brokers.
• Represent the company at events and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or finance-related field; MBA preferred.
• English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level.
• Minimum 3 years in a financial analysis role.
• Knowledge of the credit insurance industry is a plus.
• Ability to analyze information from various sources.
• Organized, methodical, results-oriented, and proactive.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
