Claims Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Claims Analyst will ensure the timely and accurate processing of claims settlements while providing legal advice and support to other organizational units within Coface.

• Process claims settlements accurately and timely.
• Provide legal advice and support to other teams.
• Analyze documentation related to claims.
• Handle complaints and manage appeals.
• Prepare insurance benefit payments.
• Monitor and implement local legislation changes.
• Communicate with policyholders and attorneys.
• Prepare reports in compliance with regulations.
• Manage the recovery of receivables.
• Ensure adherence to internal guidelines.

Requirements

• University degree in law or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of English and Serbian/Croatian at B1 level.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Strong organizational and customer focus skills.
• Preferred: Passed State Bar Exam.
