We’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Representative to join us here in Denova who enjoys connecting with the right people and turning conversations into opportunities. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building our sales pipeline, engaging with industry leaders and identifying growth opportunities across the market. In Short

  • Execute outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities
  • Engage and build relationships with procurement, finance, and transformation leaders
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and re-engage dormant opportunities
  • Conduct research on target accounts, identifying hiring trends and transformation signals
  • Support multiple sales channels and outreach strategies
  • Build, track, and manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to drive results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, communication or a related field - mandatory
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a B2B SDR, sales or lead generation roles - mandatory
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and HubSpot
  • Strong communication skills with solid commercial awareness
  • Interest in procurement, finance or business transformation
  • Proactive, curious, and resilient mindset
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven sales environment
  • Experience in a consulting, professional services, or enterprise B2B environment is preferred
