Senior Billing Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Senior Billing Analyst to join our team in Denova and provide billing operations support to one of our clients.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end billing lifecycle from invoice creation through cash collection
• Ensure timely, accurate invoicing in line with contracts
• Act as primary owner for billing operations within Workday
• Drive proactive management of aged receivables
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve billing discrepancies
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline billing processes
• Develop and maintain billing controls, documentation, and SOPs
• Support month-end close activities related to billing and revenue reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in billing, AR, or order-to-cash
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials
• Strong understanding of billing controls and revenue processes
• Proven track record of driving process improvements
• High attention to detail with the ability to operate independently
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
