Note: this role is based out of the EMEA territory.

In Short

• Lead technical discovery for strategic opportunities.
• Design, scope, and execute POCs that prove value.
• Build lightweight prototypes and demos using Deepgram SDKs and APIs.
• Advise on architecture for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
• Run security and compliance threads common in EMEA.
• Triage and debug issues during evaluations.
• Create reusable assets that scale.
• Partner with Solutions Architects and Support for seamless continuity.
• Enable the field by collaborating with AEs and CSMs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or a similar role.
• Professional software engineering experience in languages like JavaScript, Python, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record leading POCs for enterprise customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
