Weights & Biases is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to assist prospective customers in evaluating and adopting their AI tools, focusing on machine learning workflows across EMEA.

• Work with leading ML and Generative AI teams across EMEA.
• Lead technical evaluations and deliver high-impact demonstrations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating AI/ML capabilities into business value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Influence AI adoption strategies and provide insights for product development.
• Master the implementation of machine learning pipelines using Weights & Biases tools.
• Deliver engaging product demos and hands-on workshops.
• Work closely with Account Executives on pre-sales activities.
• Manage multiple high-value enterprise engagements.
• Help customers architect ML workflows and drive AI adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a senior-level customer-facing technical role.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical evaluations for enterprise customers.
• Deep expertise in Python and experience with TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch.
• Exceptional ability to engage executive stakeholders.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
• Cloud expertise with experience in scalable ML solutions.
• Experience managing high-value enterprise engagements.
