At Weights & Biases, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. We founded our company on the insight that while there were excellent tools for developers to build better code, there were no similarly great tools to help ML practitioners build better models. Starting with our first experiment tracking product, we have since expanded our solution into a comprehensive AI developer platform for organizations focused on building their own deep learning models and generative AI applications.

In Short

• Lead and manage the Delivery Tooling engineering team.
• Own strategy and execution for deployment automation and infrastructure provisioning.
• Drive improvements in engineering velocity and release reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support their workflows.
• Enhance delivery systems for multiple public clouds and self-hosted environments.
• Guide technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and cost.
• Recruit and retain talented engineers.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Previous management experience in engineering.
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Deep experience with major public cloud providers.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
