Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Deal Desk Manager to join our RevOps team at Weights & Biases, a company dedicated to building the best tools for AI developers. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to enhance deal execution and operational efficiency.

In Short

  • Act as the primary contact for deal structuring and pricing.
  • Manage and optimize the deal approval process.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and revenue recognition.
  • Support new product/pricing launches and implement changes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing models.
  • Review and approve complex deals.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce deal cycle time.
  • Deliver training to sales teams on pricing tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience with usage-based and seat-based pricing models.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ or DealHub.
  • Experience owning a deal approval matrix.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
