Overview

As one of the Engineering Managers on our Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Chainguard’s core product offerings. You will lead a talented, remote team of engineers in the India region, focused on delivering minimal, secure, zero-CVE container images.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of engineers.
• Organize and lead the interviewing process for new hires.
• Work closely with a Technical Program Manager to manage the image-building backlog.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Partner Support teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in India.
• 2+ years in an engineering manager role.
• 3+ years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, or Cloud-Native engineering.
• Experience fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Experience working for a US-centric company.
• Strong ability to anticipate future challenges.
• Experience with Cloud-Native technologies.
