Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Deel, you will be responsible for managing the successful launch of our Global Employee Management Platform for diverse clients, ensuring their satisfaction and effective use of our services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer onboarding or implementation role.
  • Demonstrated customer obsession and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven project management ability.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and quick-thinking in challenging environments.
  • Bonus: Experience in HR, Payroll, or Fintech.
  • Bonus: Multilingual skills, especially in APAC languages.
