Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Onboarding or customer-facing roles
  • Project Management Skills
  • Track record of resolving client service issues
  • Experience building relationships within enterprise organizations
  • Ability to improve team processes
  • Collaborative problem-solving with Customer Success team
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
