Overview

As an Account Executive at Tekmetric, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth and shaping the future of our customer relationships. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demoing to negotiating and closing — while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every customer finds value in our platform.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle — from discovery, product presentation, and value proposition through to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Identify and influence key decision-makers at multiple levels within prospective customer organizations.
  • Understand customer pain points and market trends, crafting personalized and creative outreach to engage and convert prospects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Onboarding and Customer Success to align on customer feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the Product and Operations teams to improve our sales motion, positioning, and overall customer experience.
  • Partner with Onboarding and Trainings Teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale, helping new customers quickly realize value from the platform.
  • Represent Tekmetric at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to expand your network and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience (High Transactional B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A high level of curiosity and problem-solving ability — you’re an active listener who loves helping customers find solutions
  • Comfortable maintaining a high daily activity level (calls, emails, video demos)
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for events or team meetings
  • Professional Spanish fluency required
  • Preference for candidates located in the pacific or mountain time zone
